My current classes are specifically tailored towards women. For those looking to improve their fitness and strength post birth and just looking to get leaner and fitter in general. All of my classes allow you to bring babies and young children with you, so no need for childcare.

BUGGYFIT

These take place at Cheena Meadow in Chalfont St Peter.
Buggyfit is the nation’s ultimate outdoor fitness class for mummys and babies, for mums wanting to get back into shape after birth. Through cardio exercise and strength and toning exercises you can regain your strength and fitness. Classes are also a great way to meet other mums and have an hour in the fresh air to focus on yourself.
Every exercise in class has options for lower and higher intensity, so wherever you are in your journey, I’ve got you covered. Your baby or preschool child comes along with you so no need to worry about childcare!

MUMS & BUBS FITNESS

An indoor postnatal mum and baby exercise class in a safe and fun environment. The perfect way to get fit and toned post your baby, and rebuild your core and pelvic floor, through cardio exercise and strength and toning exercises. A great way to meet other new mums and no need for childcare as baby comes with you.

MUMS, BUBS & BEYOND BOOTCAMP

An indoor class for all mums, whatever the age of their children, who want to get stronger, healthier and leaner. This class will help to achieve your fitness goals at a higher intensity to the ‘fitness’ class with a variety of different types of cardio and strength exercises. Babies and toddlers are welcome to come and sit and play alongside you!

PERSONAL TRAINING

My clients’ positive feedback and enjoyment in exercising, whilst helping them achieve their personal health and fitness goals, is at heart of everything I do.

I’ve tried PT before, but training with Emma has been a complete game changer. Her knowledge and perception are second to none and she’ll take you from strength to strength, no matter where you are starting from or what your goal is.

Emma is very personable, supportive and encouraging, she motivates me to reach my goals and try harder in my routines.
